This week sees the launch of our fabulous new Single Cask Malt Whisky Experience – on wheels! A unique and ever-changing selection of rare and unadulterated malts, bottled exclusively for us by our good friends at Adelphi Distillery. These are served table-side from our bespoke whisky trolley which is partly made from the staves of a 50 year old whisky barrel.
As a wee treat to match these divine snifters, we have created a Hebridean sea salt caramel tablet. We have also designed and commissioned a series of individual water jugs, made by a local potter, to help guests to ‘cut’ these great cask strength whiskies.

Andrew Fairlie dining vouchers are hugely popular, and remarkably easy to organise. They range from simple monetary voucehrs to those covering the whole meal experience on our tasting menus, including bespoke wine flights that match each course.

We are excited to announce a special series of one-off evenings to be held in the restaurant in the Spring of next year. Andrew has persuaded three of his closest chef friends – all of whom also hold two Michelin stars – to each host an evening and cook their own distinctive dishes.

Claude Bosi of Hibiscus in Mayfair, Sat Bains from his eponymous restaurant near Nottingham, and Tom Kerridge from the Hand & Flowers in Marlow, will each cook at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie over consecutive nights on the 7th., 8th. and 9th. of May next year.

This six course dinner with wine is £175 per person. These events are likely to fill quite quickly, so please call us on 01764 694267 to secure a table.

We are proud to be contributing to this annual charity project which gets the top chefs in the country to personally produces 50 of the best mince pies they can conceive, which are all then auctioned off for charity over 72 hours. You can bid for Andrew’s Spiked Mince Pies - with its special money-can’t-buy ingredient - from Tuesday 11th. of December.
