Tables are becoming very limited for our series of one-off evenings featuring three of Andrew’s great friends – all of whom hold two Michelin stars.
On May 7th there is a rare opportunity to experience the exceptional cuisine of Gallic firebrand Claude Bosi, whose restaurant Hibiscus is at the vanguard of cooking in the UK. His “ingenious and original” style will be showcased in dishes like Cornish Sea Bass stuffed with Morels and Wild Lime, Coffee and Tarragon. The following night, the highly innovative Sat Bains will cook “phenomenally inventive” dishes from his award winning new book, including his remarkable Duck Muesli. On the final night Tom Kerridge will cook from his hearty repertoire, ending with Hand & Flowers Chocolate Cake, Salt Caramel and Muscovado Cream.

On April 22, the third ever Dîner des Grands Chefs will take place in the Old Billingsgate Market in London. Alongside Raymond Blanc and Claude Bosi, Andrew is heading up this extraordinary culinary event, which will feature 50 of the world’s finest Grands Chefs cooking 'live' in front of 600 guests. Titled "The World's kitchen by the Thames", this spectacular evening will celebrate British produce and regional cuisine. A fundraising auction for Action Against Hunger will be held during the diner.
