Our Secret Garden
The restaurant has recently taken over a magnificent Victorian walled garden complete with original glasshouses and numerous old fruit trees.
Jo Campbell joins our team as head grower - having previously spent three years in a similar role at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire. In our inaugural season, Jo will be growing up to 155 varieties of herbs; edible flowers; micro-cresses; speciality leaves; heritage vegetables; fruits and berries - all solely for the restaurant.
We feel it is a real privilege to now have such a tremendous dedicated growing space nearby, and look forward to seeing its influence at the table from next spring.

Gifts range from monetary vouchers through to a glass of Krug Champagne on arrival or a Wine Pairing - where our sommeliers have chosen wines to perfectly match each dish on both tasting menus. Our ever popular Michelin Star Magic package includes a complimentary room upgrade (subject to terms and availability) and full use of The Club facilities at Gleneagles. In the restaurant you will additionally receive a glass of Champagne at the beginning of your evening, before embarking on the spectacular six course du Marché tasting menu experience.

The constantly changing du Marché menu is inspired by the seasons and local produce.
