We are extremely proud to announce a remarkable one-off event taking place this October in Restaurant Andrew Fairlie
Since becoming the very first Roux Scholar in 1984, Andrew has developed a close relationship with the Roux family. In celebration of this - and Restaurant Andrew Fairlie's 15th year - we are closing to the public on October 20th and 21st. when Andrew, Michel Roux and son, Alain will jointly host a unique two night collaboration with The Waterside Inn, which has held three Michelin stars for more than three decades.
An exclusive six course gastronomic menu has been created, and will be prepared by Alain and Andrew to showcase signature dishes from their restaurants, with the respective sommeliers selecting Champagnes and wines that embody the ethos of each restaurant - to perfectly match each course.
The chosen dishes and wines are the personal favourites of both chef-patrons. Timeless classics like The Waterside's
Terrine de Foie Gras au Blanc de Volaille Enrobé de Pistaches, Accompagnée de Raisins en Ratafia
, paired with a Jurançon Moelleux from the Pyrenees, and Andrew Fairlie's signature Home-Smoked Scottish Lobster accompanied by magnums of Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne.
The Waterside Inn in Bray is the longest-standing three star Michelin restaurant outside France, having held this exceptional accolade since 1985. It is additionally remarkable that this event will be the very first time Michel Roux, OBE and his son Alain will host an event together outside their world famous restaurant.

These one-off evenings are priced at £375 per person (inc. VAT) - which comprises a Champagne reception with canapés, six course gastronomic menu with accompanying wines and Champagne, mineral water, coffee and petit fours.
Overnight packages with The Gleneagles Hotel are available from £1,115 based on two guests sharing an Estate Room, including the exclusive dinner package and breakfast.
