Join us on Friday 21 October from 3 to 4.30pm for a one-off opportunity to experience a candid ninety minute conversation between long-standing friends Michel Roux and Andrew Fairlie. This armchair session, in the Gleneagles Ballroom, will cover the culinary legend's formative years; his arrival in the UK; the creation of Le Gavroche with his brother Albert; becoming the first three star Michelin restaurant in Britain; the opening of The Waterside Inn, and how he and his brother fundamentally changed the course of gastronomy in the UK.

A relaxed afternoon packed full of anecdotes and bonhomie, with an opportunity for audience members to ask questions directly at the end.
